Abstract: The study is to examine the relationship between corporate governance and dynamic capital structure in Nigeria. Three specific research objectives were raised; ex-post facto research design was employed in the study using a sample of 78 listed firms quoted in the Nigerian Stock exchange. Secondary data was used for the study with data retrieved from annual reports of the sampled companies from 2010-2018. The purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of non-zero debt firms. The data were analyzed using panel regression and the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimation techniques. The results reveal that the effect of the specific corporate governance variables on capital structure confirm that BDIND has a positive (0.0056) impact on capital structure and this is statistically significant at 5% (p=0.0028). BGD has a positive (0.1006) effect on LEV and statistically significant while CEOOWN has a negative (-0.1013) effect on LEV and statistically significant (p=0.000) at 5% . Abstract: This research aimed to establish and analyze influence of value drivers (sales growth, operation profit, fixed asset investment, work capital investment, and capital cost) partially and simultaneously on company value which performed hedging in foreign currency derivative during COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract: Today, technical analysis is a big sucker for many theorists, it allows you to choose the optimal decision in a financial market, it is not based on external factors other than the evolution of the market (the price, volumes and curve), but considers that all the factors that intervene in the market are represented by the evolution of the latter. Abstract: Purpose- The purpose of this paper is to analyze in regards to the most severe recession that occurred in the last 2 decades namely Great Recession of 2008. This event shook the global world financially. Furthermore, the paper also presents an understanding of the Indian context during the Great Recession. A proper relevance had been tried to find out in relation to the current recessionary situation and the 2008 recession.

Abstract: This study examined the impact of remittances on poverty for countries of West African Monetary Zones (WAMZ) for the period 1990-2016. Secondary data obtained from World Development Indicators were used for the analysis. The data were analyzed with Pooled Mean Group (PMG) estimator. The results showed that remittance as a share of the gross domestic product has positive relationship with poverty head count ratio both in the short and long run periods, however it is not statistically significant. Hence, remittance has the tendency to rather worsen poverty in the WAMZ contrary to findings from other studies. In the short run, growth rate of the economy and the degree of trade openness reduce poverty count ratio, but per capita income rather worsen poverty. In the long run, foreign direct investment rather worsens poverty by increasing the number of persons who live on less than $1.90 per day.
